Ingredients
8 oz (226g) cream cheese, softened (room temperature)
½ cup (100g) granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ cup (60ml) heavy cream, cold
1 cup (150g) fresh strawberries, finely chopped
1½ cups (180g) graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup (50g) unsalted butter, melted
¼ cup (35g) chopped toasted pecans (optional, for extra crunch)
Additional chopped strawberries, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add heavy cream and whip until light and fluffy.
- Gently fold in chopped strawberries.
- In a separate bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter.
- (Optional) Stir in chopped pecans for added texture.
- Shape the crumb mixture into taco shells using molds or press inside waffle cones.
- Fill each shell with the cheesecake-strawberry mixture.
- Garnish with extra chopped strawberries.
- Chill until ready to serve.
Notes
Assemble tacos just before serving to keep shells crisp.
