Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, blueberries, and mozzarella pearls.
- Add the fresh basil chiffonade to the bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine.
- Serve immediately for the best freshness.
Notes
Feel free to adjust the sweetness of the dressing by adding more or less honey based on your preference.
