- ½ lb beef sirloin steak, boneless and cubed
- ¾ lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 onion, quartered
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ cup mustard
- 1½ tsp black pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
Instructions
- Make the Marinade: In a large bowl, whisk together oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire, mustard, pepper, and garlic.
- Prep the Ingredients: Cube the steak and cut vegetables into 1-inch chunks.
- Combine and Marinate: Add steak, shrimp, and vegetables to the bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 4 to 24 hours.
- Assemble Kabobs: Thread steak, shrimp, and vegetables onto skewers, alternating for even cooking.
- Grill: Preheat grill to medium (350°F). Cook kabobs for 6–8 minutes, turning once, until shrimp is pink and steak reaches desired doneness.
- Serve: Remove from grill and serve hot with your favorite sides.
