Ingredients

1/3 cup mayonnaise

1 1/2 tablespoons chili garlic sauce (adjust to heat preference)

Instructions

  1. Place eggs in a pot and cover with cold water.

  2. Bring to a boil, remove from heat, cover, and let sit for 12 minutes.

  3. Transfer eggs to an ice bath for 5 minutes to stop cooking.

  4. Peel eggs and slice in half lengthwise.

  5. Scoop yolks into a bowl and mash until fine.

  6. Add mayonnaise and chili garlic sauce, mixing until creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.
