10 large eggs
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 lb ground sausage
1/3 cup diced onions
1/3 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook sausage in a skillet until browned; drain excess fat.

In a bowl, whisk eggs. Add cheese, veggies, sausage, and seasonings.

Pour mixture into greased muffin tin.

Bake 18–20 min or until set and golden.

Let cool slightly, then enjoy or refrigerate for later!
Notes
Add spinach, mushrooms, or jalapeños for extra flavor!
