Ingredients
- Fresh lemon juice (1 cup)
- Granulated sugar (1/2 cup)
- Rosewater (1 tbsp)
- Saffron threads (1/4 tsp)
- Cold water (4 cups)
- Hot water (1/2 cup)
- Ice cubes
- Lemon slices & edible rose petals (optional)
Instructions
- Bloom saffron in hot water for 5–10 minutes
- Stir in sugar until fully dissolved
- Juice and strain lemons.
- Combine lemon juice, saffron mixture, cold water, and rosewater in a pitcher.
- Chill and serve over ice with optional garnishes.
