Description
Homemade peach lemonade, refreshing and easy to make, the perfect blend of sweet peach and tangy lemon. Ideal for summer.
Ingredients
1.16 lbs (about 3 large) ripe peaches, peeled and chopped
½ cup sugar (or honey, stevia, or erythritol for a lighter option)
2 cups water (for the syrup)
⅓ cup fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
3 cups water or sparkling water (for mixing)
Ice cubes (optional)
Lemon slices, peach slices, and fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
Instructions

In a saucepan, combine the chopped peaches, sugar, and 2 cups of water.

Heat over medium, stirring until peaches soften and release their juices.

Remove from heat, let cool, then strain to obtain a smooth syrup.

Pour the syrup into a large pitcher.

Add fresh lemon juice and stir well.

Slowly mix in 3 cups of water or sparkling water, depending on preference.

Add ice cubes and garnish with lemon slices, peach slices, and mint leaves.

Serve immediately, well chilled.
Notes
For a healthier twist, replace sugar with honey or a natural sweetener.
Ripe peaches give a naturally sweeter, richer flavor.
