- 2 cups of cold heavy whipping cream
- 2/3 cup of granulated sugar (for the filling)
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Fresh fruit or fruit preserves for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Make the crust: Mix graham crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch pan.
- Prepare the filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth. In another bowl, whip cream until stiff.
- Combine: Add sugar and vanilla to cream cheese. Fold in whipped cream gently.
- Assemble: Pour filling over crust. Smooth the top.
- Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Serve: Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
