- 4 mini bagels, sliced in half
- ½ cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 12–16 slices turkey or beef pepperoni
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)
- Italian seasoning or dried oregano (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange bagel halves cut-side up on a baking sheet. Brush with olive oil if desired.
- Spread about 1 tablespoon pizza sauce on each half.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
- Top each with 2–3 pepperoni slices. Add seasoning if you like.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are golden.
- Let cool briefly, then enjoy!
