Ingredients
1/2 cup vanilla almond milk, warmed
1/4 cup tahini
1/4 cup (2 shots) brewed espresso
2 tablespoons maple syrup
Ground cinnamon (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Add almond milk, tahini, espresso, and maplBrew the espresso (2 shots).
Warm the almond milk (do not boil)e syrup to a blender.
Blend on high for 1 minute until smooth and frothy.
Pour into two mugs and sprinkle cinnamon on top.
Serve immediately and enjoy warm or iced.
