½ tsp chipotle chili powder (or regular chili powder)

½ tsp smoked paprika

½ tsp sea salt

½ tsp red pepper flakes

2 tsp maple syrup

1 tsp honey


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. Prepare sprouts: In a large bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, minced garlic, and sea salt.

  3. Roast: Spread sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake 20–25 minutes until golden and crispy.

  4. Make sauce: In a bowl, mix melted butter, chipotle chili powder, smoked paprika, sea salt, red pepper flakes, maple syrup, and honey.

  5. Toss together: Transfer roasted sprouts to a bowl, drizzle with sauce, and toss until well coated.
