Ingredients

1–2 tbsp maple syrup (to taste, or alternative sweetener)
2 tbsp Greek yogurt or coconut cream (for creaminess)
A pinch of salt (enhances flavor)
½ tsp vanilla extract (optional, for warmth)
Instructions

In a separate bowl, whisk lemon juice, lemon zest, and maple syrup.
