Ingredients
Scale
1 crusty baguette, sliced into 1-inch pieces
2 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
8 oz high-quality burrata cheese
2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat your grill to medium-high. Brush each side of the sliced baguette with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill for 2–3 minutes per side until crisp and marked. - Step 2: Grill the Peaches
Halve and pit the peaches. Brush the cut sides with olive oil. Grill cut-side down for 3–4 minutes until caramelized. Optionally flip and grill for another minute. - Step 3: Assemble the Crostini
Place a spoonful of burrata cheese on each toasted crostini. Top with a slice of grilled peach. - Step 4: Garnish and Serve
Drizzle with balsamic glaze and garnish with fresh basil. Serve immediately for best texture.
Notes
- Store grilled peaches in an airtight container up to 2 days.
-
