¼ cup (25g) grated Parmesan cheese

¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
Lemon juice (optional, for brightness)
Instructions
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute, stirring, until fragrant but not browned.
