  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream (or coconut cream)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan (or nutritional yeast)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • Salt, pepper, and ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep: Mince garlic, dice onion, rinse spinach.
