  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ⅛ tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 medium carrots (grated)
  • 2 tbsp plain yogurt
  • 6 slices deli turkey
  • 1 cup spinach

Instructions

  • Mix cream cheese, seasonings, cheddar, carrots, and yogurt in a bowl.
  • Spread half of the mixture on each tortilla.
  • Top with spinach and turkey slices.
  • Roll tightly and wrap in plastic.
