- 1 lb chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan
- 8 oz cooked pasta
- Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Season chicken with Cajun spice.
- Sear chicken in oil (3–4 min/side). Set aside.
- Sauté garlic + bell pepper in butter.
- Add broth, bring to simmer.
- Stir in cream and Parmesan until smooth.
- Combine with pasta + chicken.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
