Description

Condensed Milk Lemonade – A creamy, tangy, and refreshing summer drink made with fresh lemon juice, sweetened condensed milk, and ice.

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 46 lemons)

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

23 cups cold water (adjust to taste)

Zest of 1 lemon

Ice cubes

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Lemon slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the lemons: Squeeze 4–6 lemons until you have 1 cup of fresh juice. Zest 1 lemon for extra flavor.

  2. Mix the base: In a large pitcher, combine lemon juice and sweetened condensed milk. Stir until smooth and creamy.

  3. Adjust consistency: Gradually add 2–3 cups cold water, tasting as you go to balance sweetness and tang.

  4. Add zest: Stir in the lemon zest for an aromatic kick.

  5. Serve: Fill glasses with ice cubes, pour the lemonade over, and garnish with mint leaves and lemon slices.

Notes

For a lighter version, replace part of the condensed milk with evaporated milk.

Add fresh herbs like basil or mint for extra freshness.
