Ingredients
1 package (17.3 oz) frozen puff pastry sheets, thawed
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1/3 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Pinch of salt
1 cup powdered sugar
2–3 tablespoons whole milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Roll out thawed puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface.

Cut each sheet into 4 equal squares.

In a small bowl, mix granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.

Brush pastry squares with melted butter, then sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture.
