Instructions
- Preheat your griddle or skillet over medium heat.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon.
- Trim the crusts off the bread slices and flatten them with a rolling pin.
- Spread the cinnamon mixture evenly over each slice of bread.
- Roll each slice tightly and set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
- Dip each roll-up into the egg mixture, ensuring they are well coated.
- In the hot skillet, melt 2-3 tablespoons of butter and place the roll-ups seam side down.
- Cook until golden brown on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove from heat, serve warm, and enjoy!
