Ingredients
- ½ cup smooth natural peanut butter
- ½ cup honey or brown rice syrup
- 3½ cups O-shaped cereal
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Microwave peanut butter and honey for 15-30 seconds and stir.
- Mix in cereal and vanilla extract.
- Press into pan and chill for 20 minutes.
- Slice into bars and enjoy!
