- 4 slices toasted bread
- 4 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
- ¼ cup chopped basil leaves
- Balsamic glaze for drizzling
Instructions
- Cut avocados in half, remove pits, and mash with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Spread avocado on toasted bread.
- Layer mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil.
- Season again and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
- Serve immediately
