- ¾ lb beef round steak, sliced
- 1 lb broccoli florets
- ⅓ cup oyster sauce
- ⅓ cup sherry2 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 1tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 slice ginger
- 1 clove garlic
Instructions
- Whisk sauces, sugar, cornstarch together.
- Marinate beef in mixture (30 mins).
- Sauté garlic and ginger in oil, discard.
- Cook broccoli 5–7 mins, remove.
- Cook beef 5 mins until no longer pink.
- Add broccoli, stir for 3 mins. Serve hot.
