  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 slice ginger
  • 1 clove garlic

Instructions

  1. Whisk sauces, sugar, cornstarch together.
  2. Marinate beef in mixture (30 mins).
  3. Sauté garlic and ginger in oil, discard.
  4. Cook broccoli 5–7 mins, remove.
  5. Cook beef 5 mins until no longer pink.
  6. Add broccoli, stir for 3 mins. Serve hot.
