  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 8 g vanilla

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
  2. Mix flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl. Set aside.
  3. Cream butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
  4. Stir in mashed bananas, then gently fold in dry ingredients until just combined.
  5. Pour batter into loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Tent with foil if browning too quickly.
  7. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
