Ingredients
1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Optional: 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Optional: Lemon wedges for serving

Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add chicken pieces and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Air Fry Chicken: Place marinated chicken bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd. Cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).
